H300 ROV

The H300 is a 70kg observation ROV for operations up to 300m depth. It is a robust system built with high quality materials requiring minimum level of maintenenace. The ROV uses an open type design permitting a modular configuration and the flexibility of easily adding optional equipment.

The thursters are brushless type, magnetically couples, requiring minimal maintenance. High thrust permits navigation to withstand sea current up to at least 3 knots.

A high performance viewing system is included in the standard model which includes a high definition colour TV camera with zoom, mounted on a pan & tilt unit. Two high power LED (4000 lumen) and a built-in laser head permitting 2D measusrements are included on the pan & tilt, as well as a very low light wide angle B/W navigation camera.

It is highly modular and can be equipped with a large range of additional equipment such a 5 function arms, metal detector, pipe tracker, scanning sonar, multibeam sonar, side scan sonar, NDT sensors, pipe tracking.

H300-Vectored ROV

The H300-Vectored is a vectored version of the H300 system, with 4 vectored horizontal thursters and 1 vertical. This configuration allows greater lateral stability and particularly greater maneuverability in cross currents.

H800 ROV

The H800 is a 100kg observation ROV for operations up to 800m depth. The system provides superior thrust and stability with with 4 vectored horizontal thursters and 2 vertical.

It is highly modular and can be equipped with a large range of additional equipment and skids such a manipulator arms, metal detector, pipe tracker, scanning sonar, multibeam sonar, side scan sonar, NDT sensors, pipe tracking.

The ROVING BAT Hull Inspection Rover

The ROVING BAT is a hybrid free-flying ROV and crawler designed for hull inspections. It is ideally suited for FPSO units in open seas. A full range of camera, sonars, and NDT tools can be installed on the ROV to perform underwater inspections and interventions up to 100m depth.

Thanks to its powerfull thrusters and tracks ROVINGBAT can reach its target in a standard ROV free-flying mode, completely tilt up or roll to one side and then stick to any vertical or inclided surface.

Pipeline Inspector

The Pipeline Inspector is a specialised ROV for inspection observation, search and survey within pipelines from 550mm diameter.

The system is depth rated to 300m. It is equiped with a colour camera on Pan & tilt, and profiling or navigation sonar. The tether length is up to 1500 m.

Subsea Electrical manipulator Arms

Five to seven function manipulator were, up to recently, exclusively of hydraulic type and thereby heavy and somewhat cumbersome. ECA group now offers a range of manipulator arms that are compact and lightweight. These 5 to 7 function manipulators can even be interfaced on observation class ROV.
